The location of Perth Paradise is in Sipalay, Negros Occidental Philippines. South of Dumaguete City and Bacolod City.

From Manila, you can fly either to Dumaguete City or Bacolod City. You can hire private vehicle or public transportation to go there. The estimated land trip from Dumaguete is about 4 hrs. I don't know the transportation from Bacolod City because I'm basing here in Dumaguete City.
From Dumaguete City, ride a bus going to Bayawan, and bus again from Bayawan to Sipalay. And then ride a tricycle or habal-habal from Sipalay main town going to Perth Paradise. Just ask the drivers.
The fees are quite cheap. So Enjoy!
